Cancellation Policy :
Amy's Seasons aims to start production within 12-24 working hours of placing the order. Hence cancellations will be considered only if the request is made by Customer within 12-24 working hours of placing an order or before production, whichever is earlier. Any cancelled order cannot be accepted if the item is under production. Once the order cancellation has been accepted by Amy's Seasons a full refund will be issued to the Customer. Amy's Seasons reserve the right to accept or reject any order; cancellations for any reason and the Customer must agree not to dispute the decision made by Amy's Seasons regarding the cancellation.
The delivery from the purchase date for Indian customers will be approximately 2-3 weeks for all sizing requests. Delivery period begins once Amy's Seasons receives the exact sizing they require for each garment.
International orders may be approximately 4-6 weeks depending on the courier. If you have urgent deliveries required (i.e. less than 4 weeks) then please enquire with Amy's Seasons to ensure this is possible; via e-mail or whats app or calling the contact us the number from 10:00 am to 7:00pm Indian standard time; except on Sundays.
Return And Exchange Policy :
Amy's Seasons accepts returns and exchanges for account credit only within 07 working days for Indian Customers and 15 days for International Clients from the date your order was shipped to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by the Customer and will only be returned if they are in their original packaging including tags.
It is important to note that we will not provide refunds on any goods sold but will issue a store credit if Amy's Seasons accepts the return. To return an item pleases email our customer care team at email@example.com or call us on +91-941-448-0263 and we will ensure a prompt response. If you are not satisfied with the product provided by Amy's Seasons you may have the option to receive a full refund at our discretion. We are in no way liable for any damages that occur during transit of the product once the product leaves our facilities. Please note that all customer made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
Faulty Products Policy :
A product is considered faulty if it is damaged. Damaged items as a result of normal wear and tear are not deemed faulty. Amy's Seasons will offer to repair faulty items. If this is not possible, we will aim to replace it for the same product in the same size. Otherwise, a credit note will be issued for the same amount.
Cancellation by Us :
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Cancellations by the User :
In a case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of the order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty hours) from making the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
Product Details :
Amy's Seasons works very closely with their designers to ensure that the details of product and product specifications (weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) are as accurate as possible. Products shown on web store are only approximate and may differ from the actual product due to a variety of reasons beyond our control. We at Amy's Seasons believe that all customers who order online are fully aware of the color and sometimes printing and self-prints discrepancies shown on their monitors can be slightly different as compared to the actual product colors.
