Q : How do I know that my order placed on www.amysseasons.in has been confirmed?
On receiving your order, amysseasons.in will confirm the same with an e-mail. Each order will have a unique order number in the email. You can use this order number for all inquiries pertaining to your order.
Q : How can I track my order?
On the day we dispatch your order, we will confirm the same with yet another e-mail mentioning the order tracking number. The e-mail will also have an attached URL address which will take you directly to a web page where you can feed in your tracking number and subsequently check the delivery status of your order online.
Q : How long will it take for my order to reach me?
While most orders are processed and dispatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide up to 4 -6 weeks for processing your order, since the orders are dependent on designers, stock availability, and customization. We will keep you informed of any changes in the shipping schedule.
Q : How do I make a payment for items purchased at amysseasons.in ?
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.

Q : Are there any shipping Charges?
- Domestic Customers : Net banking, Payment by Debit cards/ Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners, American Express & Diners).
- International customers : PayPal. Payment by credit cards.
- Shipping cost is based on the product volume weight and delivery location. Shipping charges with India is $5 for weight up to 1 kg and $ 10 up to 4 kg weight.
- For international addresses, it is US $ 38 (for orders below or up to 1 kg) and USD 90 for orders weighing up to 4 kg.
We offer Free Shipping in India on prepaid orders more than 8000 INR and orders over the US $1000 for international orders.
Q : What about additional taxes and duties for international customers?
- Handling or convenience charges may apply Duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.
- The shipping charges depend on the weight of the products that have been ordered and the country to which the order has to be shipped to. The shipping charges will be added to the cost of your product at the checkout page.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer.
Q : Can I customize an order?
- We understand that you as our customer may have different requirements such as :
You may wish to order an outfit which is not showcased at amysseasons.in, or
- You have a specific occasion coming up, such as a wedding, and you would like our team of designers to design something specifically to your taste, or
- You may wish to modify the design (embroidery, pattern, fabric) of a showcased outfit at amysseasons.in, for eg: You may wish to add sleeves to a sleeveless blouse.
All the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order.

Q : How will my order be packed?
- Send us an email describing your requirements in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are able to provide. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible.
- Based on your requirement, the amysseasons.in design team will select or design the appropriate outfits / accessories / jewellery that is in tune with your expectation.
- You will receive an email with a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with price.We will then arrange for a payment to be made for the amount of the order and a confirmation e-mail of the order will be sent to you.
- We ensure that the order is packed and sent to you in the safest possible way to prevent damage of the purchase. All orders are shipped in special tamper proof packaging.
- For customers in India, please do not accept the delivery in case you feel the packing has been tampered with International packets might be required to be opened by excise and customs across multiple borders for inspection purpose.
- For international orders packaging is light and safe to ensure minimum courier charge whilst keeping the garment/ item safe.
- Domestic customers : Each order is packed in a tamper-proof packet. Please do not accept the packet in case you feel the same has been tempered with.
- International Customers : We take a lot of care to ensure all international deliveries are packed safely whilst keeping the weight down. The garment would be safely wrapped in bubble paper/ cardboard box.
- Despite our best efforts, in case you find the garment / item damaged on receiving, immediately let us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would try our best to set things right by either getting it repaired or giving you credit for the said amount to shop at amysseasons.in.
